Museum of Science and Industry

Our 6th grade students at Eisenhower Elementary recently returned from a trip to the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, Illinois.  We saw many exhibits and learned so much during our visit.  Many of the students had never been there before, and were amazed at the size of the museum as well as the number of exhibits it contained.  The students were put in groups of 8-10 and were chaperoned around the museum by Mrs. Elliott, Mr. Gensinger, Mrs. Fleming, Mr. Parker, and myself.  It was a fabulous day to be at the museum because it was not very crowded.  The students took their iPads to the museum and took many photos and videos to remember this extraordinary day.  Upon our return home, the students were required to create a memory book of their day using the app Book Creator.
